Shipping & delivery

Know the cost before checkout.

Where we ship

Continental United States only, 48 contiguous states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Speed & cost

Two speeds, both fully insured and tracked. UPS 2-Day Air is $9.99 flat, and free on orders of $200 or more. UPS Next Day Air is $39.99 flat, and the free-shipping threshold does not apply to it. Choose the speed at checkout. Orders with payment confirmed before 5pm ET on a business day ship the same day. After 5pm, or at a weekend, they ship the next business day.

Discreet packaging

Plain bubble mailers with no Bloom Labs branding visible. The return address shows our fulfillment location, not your home. Nothing on the outside references peptides, research compounds, or Bloom Labs.

Tracking

A UPS tracking number is emailed automatically when your order ships. No email within 3 business days? Check spam, then email support@nextlevel-labs.com.

Stability

All peptides ship lyophilized and factory-sealed in glass, stable at room temperature for standard 2nd Day Air transit.

Lost or stuck packages

Every order is insured and tracked. If a package is marked delivered but not received, or has not moved in 5+ business days, email us with your tracking number. We file a UPS tracer and, if not recovered within 10 business days, replace at our cost.
