Bloom and Next Level Labs

Bloom Labs is a storefront of Next Level Labs NY LLC. Checkout uses NLL’s existing payment and order system. Contact support@nextlevel-labs.com for privacy requests.

Checkout information

When you submit checkout, your contact details, shipping address, selected products, discounts and research-use attestation are sent to NLL to process your order. Stripe collects payment details in its embedded secure form. Bloom does not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect connection and device information for payment security when checkout opens.

Order handling and receipts use NLL’s existing services. See NLL’s privacy policy and Stripe’s privacy policy for details.

Saved choices

Your bag, favorites, recently viewed products and popup preference are saved on this browser. Session storage keeps your welcome code and dismissed water suggestion. Use Privacy Choices to clear these local preferences. Clearing them does not delete order records held by NLL.

Email updates

With your consent, the signup popup sends your email address and selected product interest to NLL’s existing subscription service. The signup is labeled Bloom for NLL’s inbox and list. NLL sends the welcome email and manages unsubscribes. Order emails are separate and handled by NLL after checkout.

Other services

Google Fonts receives connection information when its fonts load. Supplier report links open NLL documents. Bloom has no separate advertising pixel or analytics script. NLL’s order system has its own data practices described in its privacy policy.

Your choices

Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests. We may verify your identity and retain records required by law. Optional marketing choices remain separate from transactional communications. This storefront is intended for researchers age 21 and older.
